มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าธนบุรีเคารพสิทธิความเป็นส่วนตัวของเจ้าของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล และเพื่อให้เกิดความมั่นใจว่าเจ้าของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลได้รับความคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 จึงได้จัดทำคำประกาศเกี่ยวกับความเป็นส่วนตัวนี้เพื่อให้เจ้าของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลได้ทราบและเข้าใจรูปแบบการเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ และเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่มหาวิทยาลัยดำเนินการในฐานะผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลในข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่เก็บรวบรวมจากเจ้าของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลเพื่อการดำเนินการภายใต้กิจกรรมการประมวลผลตามขอบเขตและวัตถุประสงค์ของมหาวิทยาลัย
